Neither of us are seasoned anglers, so it was wonderful to have someone with such a genuine teaching spirit guiding us. We ended up catching two pompano and a stingray! Jeremy took care of filleting them for us, and we later enjoyed the fresh catch at a nearby restaurant. The whole experience was both fun and highly professional!
